The 2025 Hunan Province Foreign Investment Enterprises Spring Symposium was held in Changsha on the afternoon of January 7. Mao Weiming, deputy secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and governor of Hunan Province, gathered with representatives of foreign-invested enterprises and offices of overseas regional governments and business associations in Hunan, to celebrate the upcoming Chinese New Year and to pursue common development. The governor noted that Hunan has been thoroughly studying and implementing the spirit of President Xi Jinping's important speeches and instructions made during his inspection tours in Hunan, accelerating the cultivation and development of new quality productive forces, and continuously expanding the high-level process of opening up. We looked forward to continuing to work with foreign-invested enterprises to create a bright future together, he added.
